Purpose of the Position

Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality full-stack applications using Java on the backend and React on the frontend, directly contributing to critical enterprise projects for the growth of the account.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend services in Java/Spring and frontend components in React (or Angular).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders (daily conversations in English).

• Ensure code quality, scalability and best practices in clean architecture.

• Participate in code reviews, requirements definition and agile processes.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of platforms and internal tools.

Requirements and competences to work with us

Education

• Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering or related degree (preferred).

Experience

• More than 10 years of total experience in software development (strong preference).

• Solid backend experience in Java (ideally 7+ years) and frontend in React with real professional experience (minimum 3 years; Angular is acceptable as an alternative).

• Demonstrable experience in production environments and distributed teams.

Knowledge and Skills

• Java (strong backend), React / Angular (frontend), Spring Boot, relational databases.

• Clean architecture, maintainable and scalable code.

• Advanced English (C1)

Relevant details before applying for this vacancy

Advanced English is mandatory for technical discussions, documentation and cross-regional collaboration.

• Candidates must be based in Mexico City or nearby areas (or cities with a direct flight of maximum 1–2 hours), as occasional in-office presence (1–2 times per month) is required.

• We will validate each candidate’s preferred contract modality (payroll vs contractor/recibo) and salary expectations during the process.

• Profiles with real professional experience in React (not only personal projects) will be prioritized.
