Purpose of the Position
The Chief Executive Officer will drive the fund’s next phase of growth and positioning. This leader will sharpen our value proposition; unlock new, diversified revenue streams; and ensure our relevance in an evolving impact ecosystem.
The ideal candidate brings a visionary yet grounded leadership style —entrepreneurial, politically astute, and fluent in both systems thinking and practical execution. They will be the public face of the fund and an internal coach to a high-performing, values-aligned team.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy & Diversification: Develop and implement a robust strategy to diversify revenue streams—including EU partnerships, philanthropic and public funding, monetization of services, and new entrepreneurial channels.
- Organizational Leadership: Lead, coach, and empower a seasoned Leadership Team toward clear goals and high performance, including setting KPIs and reporting on strategic and operational progress.
- Market Positioning & Communications: Ensure the fund’s visibility, narrative clarity, and brand positioning as a European leader in impact.
- Policy Influence: Represent members and partners in key EU policy debates, aligning institutional efforts with emerging market needs and policy developments.
- Strategic Evaluation: Monitor and assess network-wide impact and identify future initiatives to strengthen the ecosystem’s capacity for systemic change.
