Purpose of the Position
This role plays a key strategic function by driving financial planning and analysis efforts across Toroto. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will deliver data-driven insights to guide decision-making, while also improving financial structure and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain financial models including cash flow forecasts, budgets, and P&L statements.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting efforts.
• Generate financial reports and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Analyze variances and provide recommendations to optimize costs and improve performance.
• Evaluate new projects' financial viability and provide return analysis.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve financial processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Participate in investor meetings and contribute to reporting and strategic discussions.
Requirements and competences to work with us
Education
-
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Finance or a related field (required).
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in leadership roles within financial analysis and planning, such as team coordination or strategic financial management. • Proven track record in designing and executing financial strategies.
• Experience handling high-budget operations and working with executive leadership and/or investors is a plus.
Knowledge and Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling. • Strong data analysis skills and ability to manage large datasets.
• Familiarity with budgeting structures and project evaluation.
• Experience with ERP systems or financial software is a plus.
• Advanced English.
