Purpose of the Position

The Warehouse and Logistics Manager is responsible for the receipt and storage of goods to their distribution. This role combines the responsibilities of managing the warehouse and coordinating logistics to ensure efficient operations, inventory accuracy, and timely delivery of products. The goal is to support the company’s (EA & Meraki) sales objectives and enhance customer satisfaction through effective warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically oversee the receipt, order processing, and transfers of good.
• Regularly review, adjust, and maintain layouts to accommodate changing business needs and product lines that promote efficient workflow, enhance productivity, and ensure safety.
• Develop comprehensive warehouse policies and procedures as needed that align with company best practices (for all locations).
• Ensure consistent application and periodic review to maintain high operational standards.
• Oversee inventory control measures to maintain accurate stock levels, minimizing discrepancies and stockouts.
• Conduct quarterly inventory audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers to ensure timely and financially responsible - accurate delivery of products.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms and addressing any issues that arise.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods through efficient transportation management.
• Continuously explore and implement innovative and organized logistics solutions.
• Oversee repair and maintenance work, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors as necessary (all locations).
• Lead warehouse and logistics staff, fostering an efficient and motivated workforce in all our EA locations ( regional and international locations).

Requirements and competences to work with us

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.

Experience

• Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably within the retail industry.
• Management of teams of at least 3 years of experience
